Please arrive 5 minutes before your treatment. If you are running late, please do let us know and we will do our best to try and accommodate, however, please keep in mind that Late arrival will result in shortened treatment time or we might need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late as we cannot compromise our next client's appointment. Being over 15 mins late will result in losing your booking fee. Please allow yourself time for parking and possibilities of traffic at peak times.
We reserve the right to request a deposit to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellations Policy.
To cancel or change an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required; otherwise, cancelation fee may be implemented. Appointments missed will result in your booking fee being forfeited.
For Cosmetic Tattooing and Tattoo Removal, If you choose to cancel your appointment you will lose your booking deposit fee.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only myself but other clients as well.
Rescheduling of LASH LIFTS, BROW LAMINATIONS, and MAKEOVER PACKAGES must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to reschedule your appointment within the time policies mentioned above will result in your booking fee being forfeited.
For Cosmetic Tattooing and Tattoo Removal, the deposit fee is $100. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, I request at least 7 business days notice. Anything less than that & you will lose your 50% of your booking deposit fee. If you choose to NOT reschedule, you will lose your booking deposit fee.

As much as we love children, we can not guarantee their safety in our salon. To respect the relaxing environment we wish to create and also to comply with current health and safety regulations, we request that children and babies under 7 years of old are not brought into the salon.
Available for treatments and products, are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and must be presented at the time of your treatment. Vouchers are valid for 1 (one) year from the purchase date unless stated otherwise. Our expert team will be delighted to assist you if you need advice. For gift certificates valued over $100; when using these, a deposit of $50 is required from the individual utilizing the certificate. This acts as a security payment towards your appointment in order to book you in. This $50 is refunded to you on the date of your appointment.

We ask that all handheld electronics are put on silent mode for the relaxation of all clients.
Refunds and Exchanges
We will not accept exchange or refund of any Products purchased in the salon or from our online store due to health and safety reasons.
